Preparing for your appointment

Bring any relevant medical reports, scans (e.g. MRI, CT, X-rays) and a list of current medications.
If you are under Workcover or a DVA card, please bring your claim number details
If your appointment is via telehealth, we’ll send you a secure link in advance.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.

Funding & Payment Options

Medicare
We accept Medicare for eligible services. Please bring your Medicare card.
DVA Gold/ White Card
We accept DVA Gold and White Cards for eligible veterans. Please bring your DVA card.
Workcover
We provide treatment, assessments and reports for WorkCover -related matters where appropriate.
Healthcare/ Pension card
We offer concessions fees. Please contact us for information.

Consultation Fees from 1 July 2026

The following fees apply to private Medicare patients from 1 July 2026. Concession fees are available for eligible Healthcare Card and Pension Card holders. WorkCover and DVA patients are bulk billed where eligible.
