Preparing For Your Appointment

Preparing for your In-Person Appointment

Before your appointment, it is helpful to gather relevant information to support an efficient and thorough assessment:

A referral from your GP or treating specialist
Please bring or send any recent imaging (MRI, CT or X-rays)
A list of your current medications
If using DVA, Workcover or Medicare, please bring your relevant cards
and claim details

Preparing for your Telehealth Appointment

Telehealth appointments are available where clinically appropriate. Preparing in advance helps ensure a smooth and effective appointment.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection
Use a device with a camera and a microphone (laptop, tablet or smartphone)
Join from a quiet well-lit space where you can speak confidently
Have your imaging, reports and medication list available
Be prepared to discuss your symptoms and relevant history
